Carrauntoohil Mountain Trekking
The tour meets at 9:30 am at Cronin's Yard, just outside Killarney, from where we'll start our day hike up the highest peak in Ireland, Carrauntoohil Mountain.
Explore the trails winding up the mountain on this 12 km excursion, reaching an elevation of over 1,000 metres. The trek provides views of County Kerry.
We will make stops throughout the route for rest and to enjoy both the ascent and the descent. A guide will accompany you at all times.
After reaching the peak via the famous Devil’s Staircase, we will return to the starting point, concluding the day around 6 pm.
