Climb the highest peak in Ireland on this trekking route up Carrauntoohil Mountain, ascending more than 1000 meters up the striking "Devil's Staircase".

Carrauntoohil Mountain Trekking

The tour meets at 9:30 am at Cronin's Yard, just outside Killarney, from where we will start our hike up Carrauntoohil Mountain. This is a 12 km excursion that includes trails winding up the mountain, providing views of County Kerry.

The trek involves ascending more than 1,000 meters, offering the best views upon reaching the summit. Throughout the route, we will make stops for rest during the ascent and descent. A guide will accompany you at all times to ensure ease of the hike.

After reaching the summit via the Devil’s Staircase, we will return to the starting point, concluding the tour at approximately 6 pm.
