Vermont Nature Trail Tour
The tour starts at the Kingstown cruise terminal at 9 am, where participants will board a bus. The tour includes a scenic view of the city highlighting key landmarks such as the Caribbean Supreme Court, Kingstown Market, and the Methodist Church.
Next, there will be a brief stop at Campden Park before heading north to explore Vermont Nature Trail, a significant natural park in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
Upon arrival, a hiking route will commence near the Buccament Valley, featuring rainforest landscapes typical of the island. The walk will follow the main trail to observe tropical flora and hear local bird songs.
A highlight of the walk will be potential sightings of the St. Vincent Parrots, St. Vincent Amazon, and St. Vincent Warbler, three rare and protected bird species.
After a two and a half hour exploration of the rainforest, the group will return to Kingstown, concluding the tour by 1 pm.
