Activity Details

At the indicated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Ella and take you on a trip to Yala National Park. On this 1-day safari, we'll see everything from leopards and elephants to sloths in their natural habitat.

After a 2.5-hour drive, we'll arrive at Yala National Park, which is considered one of the best places in Sri Lanka for game viewing.

Once we arrive, we'll buy the tickets and start an offroading vehicle tour through Yala National Park. Before starting the safari, we'll take a break to enjoy a breakfast.

It's time for the safari! Yala is the most famous wildlife park in Sri Lanka. Throughout the excursion, we'll witness the greatest biodiversity in the country and make stops to see the wildlife up close.

We'll continue the safari discovering this natural area, home to elephants, leopards, bears, deer, crocodiles, and wild boars in a land that stretches over 97,800 hectares (241,000 acres), which is the second-largest national park in Sri Lanka, known for having the largest concentration of leopards in the world.

Lastly, we'll end this safari in Yala National Park back at your hotel in Ella, arriving 11 hours later.
