Whale Watching in Knysna

Description

At the time indicated, we'll meet at Thesen Harbour Town, where we'll provide life jackets. Then, we'll board our boat for the whale watching activity in Knysna. Prepare to sail around the Indian Ocean.

We'll navigate the impressive estuary in Knysna, passing by the steep Knysna Heads to access the ocean. From this point, keep an eye out for any movement in the waves: it's time to spot some whales!

Once we observe them, we'll approach these creatures that can reach 50 meters (164 feet) in length. We will share facts about these animals as we admire them from the boat.

During the tour, we'll have the opportunity to see not only whales, but also sharks, African penguins, dolphins, seals, and various birds. It will be an unforgettable experience!

After a total of 1.5-2 hours, we'll return to the meeting point to conclude the activity.
