Advanced PADI Open Water Diver

After completing your PADI Open Water Course, you can advance your skills with the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver Course, which involves five dives across different PADI specialties. The two compulsory specialties are deep diving and underwater navigation, while you can choose three additional specialties from the following options:

Day 1: Deep diving, underwater navigation and speciality

Pickup from your hotel in Koh Samui is at 7:30 am, followed by a boat trip through the Gulf of Thailand for three dives. The first two are deep diving and underwater navigation, where you will explore a maximum depth of 30 meters and learn underwater navigation skills. Return to your hotel is between 2:15 and 3:30 pm.

Day 2: Specialities

The second day follows the same schedule, but includes two dives based on your chosen specialties. After completing the exercises, you will return to the dive centre for your PADI Advanced Open Water Diver certificate and hotel drop-off between 2:15 and 3:30 pm.

Important Information

To obtain the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver certificate, you must have previously completed the PADI Open Water Diver Course.

Lunch

Lunch is included during the course days, featuring a buffet style meal of rice, noodles, salad, fish, and fresh fruit.

Important Information

This activity includes pickup at hotels in central Koh Samui. Those staying in western or southern areas will incur an additional fee of 800 TBH (approx. 26 USD) per person. Alternatively, you may go directly to the meeting point.
