Join us on a walk through the neighbourhood of Vesterbro and discover the history and beer of this unique area in Copenhagen.

Activity Details

Meet at the Urban House hostel at the scheduled time to begin the beer tour of Copenhagen.

The tour will take us through Vesterbro, once the city’s red-light district, now a vibrant residential area.

In Vesterbro, we will explore lively streets while sampling specially curated beers. Along the way, we will hear stories about Copenhagen's history, including events from World War II, the Gypsy Brewer, and notable Danish film villains and Beer rivalries.

Participants will enjoy 9 different beers, equating to about 1 litre per person. By the end of the tour, attendees will have acquired a better understanding of Danish beer and will likely be in good spirits.

The tour concludes after 1.5 hours at the last pub, located at Istedgade 130.
