Join us on a walk through the neighbourhood of Vesterbro and discover its rich history and beer culture.

Danish Beer Experience

We will meet at 5 Colbjørnsensgade, close to Copenhagen Central Station to begin this Beer Walk focused on Copenhagen's history and local beers.

Our exploration of Vesterbro, known as the former red-light district, will reveal its transformation into a popular residential area.

As we navigate the lively streets, we will sample specially curated beers and hear stories about significant historical events related to Copenhagen, including World War II, the Gypsy Brewer, Danish film villains, and beer rivalries.

During the tour, participants will try 9 different beers, totaling about 1 litre per person. By the end, you will have a greater understanding of Danish beer and its history.

After 2 hours, the tour will conclude at the final pub, WarPigs, in downtown Copenhagen.
