Tour Details
At the scheduled time, we will meet at Vester Voldgade 2. After providing helmets and bikes, we’ll commence our tour, visiting landmarks with a guide. The journey begins at Rådhuspladsen (City Hall) and Tivoli Gardens, one of the oldest theme parks globally. Next, we head to Christiansborg Castle, the current seat of Parliament, followed by the modern Black Diamond at the Royal Danish Library.
We will cycle to Christianshavn, where we’ll see Church of Our Saviour known for its spiral staircase and carillon. Then, we’ll visit Nyhavn, the famous canal. The tour proceeds to Amalienborg, the official residence of the royal family, where the change of guards may occur. We will also view the Gefion Fountain and The Little Mermaid statue, honoring Hans Christian Andersen's character.
Next, we will visit Kastellet, a well-preserved citadel, followed by Rosenborg Castle, noted for Dutch Renaissance architecture. The tour concludes at Torvehallerne, the city’s largest food market, before returning to the starting point after 3 hours.
