Join us to go snowshoeing through the forests of Ylläsjärvi in search of the northern lights.

Northern Lights Snowshoeing Tour

At 8 pm, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Ylläsjärvi and drive to the outskirts of the Finnish town. As daylight fades, we will prepare for our activity: snowshoeing under the Northern Lights.

We'll put on our snowshoes and learn the basics of walking with these tools common among the Lappish population. Once familiar with the snowshoes, we'll walk through the forest in search of the Northern Lights.

Throughout the route, we'll make several stops to observe this natural phenomenon. We will also take a break to enjoy a hot drink accompanied by a typical Finnish snack.

After the snack, we'll return to the starting point to leave the snowshoes and conclude the tour at 10:30 pm back at your hotel.
