Join us to go snowshoeing through the forests of Ylläsjärvi in search of the northern lights, a unique way to see this natural phenomenon!

Northern Lights Snowshoeing Tour

At 8 pm, we will pick you up from your hotel in Ylläsjärvi and drive to the outskirts of the town. As daylight fades, we will prepare for our activity: snowshoeing under the Northern Lights.

We will put on our snowshoes and learn the basics of using them, common among the Lappish population. Once we are comfortable, we will walk through the forest in search of the Northern Lights.

Along the route, we will make several stops to view the lights in the sky. To warm up, we will have a hot drink accompanied by a typical Finnish snack.

After our snack, we will return to the starting point to leave the snowshoes, finishing the tour at 10:30 pm back at your hotel.
