Pallas-Yllästunturi Ski Touring

At 10 am, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Ylläsjärvi and head to Pallas-Yllästunturi National Park. Prepare to explore snowy forests as real skiers.

We'll equip ourselves and set off on a ski touring activity to discover the forests of Pallas-Yllästunturi. During the tour, we'll learn about the native vegetation in this Finnish wilderness.

We'll cross frozen lakes, climb snowy hills, and take a break in a traditional tipi, where we'll enjoy a hot drink and traditional cookies. This is a perfect way to warm up!

Afterward, we'll continue to traverse the arctic wilderness and, if possible, follow animal tracks in Pallas-Yllästunturi. We will return to the starting point to return the skis and then take you back to your hotel.

The tour will conclude at approximately 4 pm.
