Rafting in Voidomatis River

At the scheduled time, we will meet at the rafting base located in Kleidonia, about 50 kilometers (31 miles) from Ioannina. A bus will transport us to the rafting starting point.

Leaving from Zagorochoria, we will board the rafts to begin the rafting activity on the Voidomatis River, covering a distance of 7 kilometers (4.3 miles). The river's name means Ox's Eye, referring to its blue waters resembling the color of oxen's eyes. Expect to see the turquoise waters of this river in northwest Greece.

Our tour will traverse the landscapes of the Vikos-Aoos National Park, featuring historical sites such as the monastery of St. Anargiroi, established in the sixteenth century, and the Ottoman bridge of Politsa.

We will also pass waterfalls and dams, allowing you to overcome natural obstacles during this two-and-a-half-hour rafting tour.

Finally, we will return to the starting point, concluding the experience.
