Description

Day 1: Pangkalan Bun - Kumai - Tanjung Harapan

On the first day, pick-up will be in Pangkalan Bun at the agreed time to travel to Kumai, where our superior category boat will be waiting. We will cruise up the Sekonyer River towards the Tanjung Harapan National Park, one of the most spectacular places to see our first orangutans.

Day 2: Tanjung Harapan

The second day will focus on exploring Tanjung Harapan National Park in search of orangutans. We will visit two different reserves to watch the orangutans and other wildlife, including gibbons and proboscis monkeys. In the evening, we will dock near a proboscis monkey colony or nipa palm area where fireflies will illuminate the jungle.

Day 3: Tanjung Harapan - Pangkalan Bun

After breakfast on the boat, we will return to Pangkalan Bun and take you back to the airport or your hotel to continue your adventure.

4-day cruise

For an extended experience, a 4-day private cruise is available, allowing additional time to meet the friendly orangutans in Tanjung Harapan National Park.

Accommodation

During the cruise, you will stay on a 62-foot (19-meter) long private, superior-category cruise ship designed for five passengers (two in an extra bed), featuring air-conditioning and a private bathroom.
