Black Lake, Ostrog Monastery + Žabljak Tour

On this excursion to the Black Lake, Ostrog Monastery, and Žabljak, participants will explore significant landscapes and learn about the history and nature of northern Montenegro.

Participants will meet at number 284 of Stari Grad and board a minibus. The tour begins with two short photo stops in the villages of Perast and Risan. Next, the group will arrive in Nikši? for a breakfast break before proceeding to the ?ur?evi?a Tara Bridge, known for its impressive height over one of the deepest canyons in Europe.

The tour continues to Žabljak, where participants will have an hour of free time for lunch. Following this, the route will take the group through Durmitor National Park to Black Lake, offering another hour to swim and hike in its scenic environment of emerald and turquoise waters surrounded by high mountains.

Lastly, the excursion includes a visit to the Ostrog Monastery, a notable Orthodox Church monument dating back to the 17th century. The tour concludes at the starting point after approximately 13-14 hours of exploration.
