The Hong Kong Tourist Bus provides a practical way to explore Hong Kong, with double-decker open-top buses visiting key sights on Hong Kong Island, Stanley, and Kowloon. You can enjoy the flexibility of hopping on and off at any stops for 24 hours.
Hong Kong Tourist Bus Routes & Stops
The bus operates on 3 different routes with stops at iconic attractions. The red line covers Hong Kong Island, the green line goes to Stanley, and the blue line services Kowloon. Pre-recorded commentary is provided in English and other languages.
Popular stops include Tsim Sha Tsui, Aberdeen and Stanley Harbours, Victoria Park and Peak, the International Commerce Centre, and Mongkok's markets.
Ticket Options
Ticket options include:
24-hour basic ticket: unlimited use of one bus line (red, green, or blue) and round-trip Star Ferry ticket.24-hour complete ticket: unlimited use of any bus line and round-trip Star Ferry ticket.48-hour ticket: unlimited access for 48 hours (choose a bus line) and round-trip Star Ferry ticket. Includes a choice of one attraction: Peak Tram Sky Pass, aquatic taxi ticket, or visit to Sampan Houseboat.
How Does It Work?
Your ticket is valid for 24 or 48 consecutive hours from first use. You can hop on and off at any stops as many times as desired. Although a booking date is required, tickets remain valid for 12 months. A voucher will be sent by email and must be presented on the first bus.
Operating Times
Red line: from 10 am to 5 pm, every 45 minutes, with a route duration of 1.5 hours.Green line: from 10:30 am to 4:30 pm, every 60 minutes, route duration 1.5 hours.Blue line: from 10 am to 5 pm, every 60 minutes, with a route duration of 1 hour. Note that stop 21 is not operating.
