Auschwitz Birkenau Day Trip

Pick up from your hotel in Krakow will be between 6 and 8 am. The tour to Auschwitz-Birkenau lasts just over 1 hour, arriving at the largest Nazi extermination camp during World War II. This site has been a World Heritage Site since 1979.

The tour begins in the prison blocks, showcasing several exhibitions on the treatment of prisoners, followed by a visit to the gas chambers and cremation area. The tour will feature the train tracks used to transport victims and highlight the brutalities faced by Jews, Gypsies, Spanish Republicans, political prisoners, and homosexuals.

After seeing the barracks and remains of crematoriums, there will be 45 minutes for lunch before returning to Krakow, arriving back at your hotel after six and half hours.

Auschwitz Birkenau, Krakow Ghetto and Schindler's Factory

This option begins with a pick up from your hotel in Krakow and includes a visit to the Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp. Following the tour, a stop will be made at the Judenrampe, used by the SS until 1944.

At around 1:30 pm, return to Krakow for lunch at a traditional Polish restaurant, followed by a private tour in English of the Krakow Ghetto at about 2:45 pm. The tour features sites of Jewish persecution and ends at Oskar Schindler's Factory, after which you'll be returned to your hotel.

Full Auschwitz-Birkenau Trip

This option includes pickup at your hotel in Kraków with an English-speaking guide accompanying you to Auschwitz I, followed by a tour of Auschwitz II-Birkenau and the Judenrampe. A brief stop in the town of Oswiecim will also be included.

Finally, a visit to the Auschwitz III-Monowitz memorial will conclude this 7-hour and 40-minute tour before returning to your hotel in Krakow.
