Auschwitz Birkenau Day Trip

Between 6 and 8 am, we will pick you up from your hotel in Krakow and set off for Auschwitz-Birkenau. It takes just over 1 hour to arrive at what was the largest Nazi extermination camp during World War II, designated a World Heritage Site since 1979. The tour begins in the prison blocks, where several exhibitions explain the punishments of prisoners. The tour includes the gas chambers and cremation area, highlighting the regime's brutality and propaganda. We will see the train tracks used for transportation into the camp, where selections for extermination and medical experimentation occurred. The tour concludes with a view of barracks, latrines, and the remains of crematoriums. There will be 45 minutes for lunch before returning to your hotel after six and a half hours.

Auschwitz Birkenau, Krakow Ghetto and Schindler's Factory

This option also begins with hotel pickup and a visit to the Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camp, including a pause at the Judenrampe. Around 1:30 pm, we return to Krakow for lunch at a traditional Polish restaurant. At approximately 2:45 pm, there will be a private tour in English through the Krakow Ghetto, followed by a visit to Oskar Schindler's Factory to learn about where hundreds of Jews were saved.

Full Auschwitz-Birkenau Trip

This option includes pickup from your hotel and an English-speaking guide. The first stop is Auschwitz I, accompanied by a Polish-speaking guide and an English interpreter. The tour also includes Auschwitz II-Birkenau and the Judenrampe. Finally, we visit the Auschwitz III-Monowitz memorial before returning to your hotel in Krakow, concluding this 7-hour and 40-minute tour.

Guide confirmation is provided 12 to 16 hours before the activity.Minimum group size is required for accessing the camp with a guide.
