Ojców National Park Excursion
We'll pick you up from your hotel in Kraków at the designated time and head north to visit Ojców National Park. The minibus ride will take approximately 30 minutes.
During the excursion, we'll travel through Ojców National Park making different stops at various points of interest to explore its charms. This landscape is home to over 130 species of birds, stoats, and beavers.
We'll visit the ruins of Ojców Castle, a Gothic fortress built in the 14th century. You'll learn about its role in the defence of the area during the Middle Ages. The site offers views of the Pradnik River.
Next, we'll see the Cudgel of Hercules, a stone column that is almost 25 metres high, along with the Krakow Gate, symbols of the national park.
The next stop will be Pieskowa Skala Castle, a Renaissance building on a limestone massif. We'll walk through its gardens and rooms, which house the National Art Collection of Krakow.
We will also visit the picturesque Chapel on the Water, a small wooden parish church. We'll end the excursion by dropping you off back at your hotel after a total of 6 hours.
