Ojców National Park Excursion
We'll pick you up from your hotel in Kraków at the designated time and head north to visit Ojców National Park. The minibus ride will take approximately 30 minutes.
During the excursion, we'll travel through Ojców National Park, making stops at various points of interest. We'll see extensive valleys and observe the local flora and fauna, including over 130 species of birds, stoats, and beavers.
We'll visit the ruins of Ojców Castle, a Gothic fortress built in the 14th century by King Casimir III the Great. The site played an important role in the area's defense and offers views of the Pradnik River.
Next, we'll see the Cudgel of Hercules, a stone column almost 25 meters high, along with the Krakow Gate, both symbols of the national park.
The next stop will be Pieskowa Skala Castle, a Renaissance building on a limestone massif. We'll explore its gardens and rooms, which house an important exhibition of the National Art Collection of Krakow.
We will also visit the Chapel on the Water, a small wooden parish church. We'll conclude the excursion by dropping you off back at your hotel after a total of 6 hours.
