Half-Day Trip Details

Pick-up occurs at your hotel in Kuala Lumpur, and travel to Putrajaya takes approximately 35 minutes. This planned city, established in the mid-1990s, serves as the new seat of government. The first stop is Lake Putrajaya, where you will enjoy a boat ride to take in the scenic surroundings.

Along the lake, you will visit the Putra Mosque, noted for its Islamic artwork and geometry. Built from rose-tinted granite, it accommodates up to 15,000 people, with a 380-foot minaret—one of the tallest globally. You will also pass by the PJ Government Center and see the Putra Perdana, the office of the Prime Minister of Malaysia.

Concluding the tour, you will return to Kuala Lumpur over the Putra Bridge, known for its engineering. Drop-off at your hotel occurs 4 hours after pickup.

Pickup Point

This tour includes pickup from various hotels in Kuala Lumpur, except for Hotel Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur Chinatown, Hotel Olympic Malaysia, Hotel Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur, and Hotel YWCA Kuala Lumpur. Pickup from the Pudu, ChowKit, KL Sentral, and Brickfields areas is also excluded. A minimum of 2 people is required for pickup; for solo bookings, meet at the indicated meeting point.

Itinerary Adjustments

The Putra Mosque is closed on Fridays, limiting access to its exterior. Traffic conditions may also affect the order of visits.

If you booked for June 28, 2026, or October 3 and 4, 2026, hotel pickup is unavailable due to a city event affecting traffic. Instead, meet at the main entrance of Berjaya Times Square shopping mall at the scheduled time.
