Begin your panoramic tour of Kuala Lumpur's highlights after being picked up from your hotel in the city center. The first stop will be the Petronas Towers, where you can take photos of the tallest twin towers in the world. The route then continues to the National Monument of Malaysia, which honors those who died in the struggle for freedom.

You'll also make stops for photos at the KL Tower, Independence Square, the railroad station, and the National Mosque. Visit Istana Negara, Kuala Lumpur's National Palace, the official residence of Malaysia's royal family.

Next, travel to the Batu Caves, Malaysia's largest Hindu temple. Climb the 272 steps up the limestone hill to explore caves with shrines to various Hindu deities, and see the 140-foot tall gold statue of the Hindu god of war Murugan. After the visit, return to Kuala Lumpur.
