Kuala Selangor Day Trip

Having picked you up from your hotel in Kuala Lumpur, we'll head to Kuala Selangor, approximately one hour from the Malaysian capital.

Our first stop will be Bukit Melawati hill, where you can see the remains of an old 18th-century fort with its original cannons, and enjoy views of the Western coast of the Malay peninsula.

Before proceeding, we'll enjoy a typical dinner in a local restaurant.

The excursion continues to Kampung Kuantan, known for its large populations of fireflies, making it one of the most famous colonies in the world.

We'll take a boat trip on the Selangor River to witness the fireflies illuminating the banks, creating a fascinating natural spectacle.

After the cruise, we will return to Kuala Lumpur, concluding the tour approximately 8 hours after our departure.

This tour includes pickup from hotels within half a kilometer from the center of Kuala Lumpur. If your accommodation is farther away, you'll need to reach the designated meeting point on your own.
