Discover one of the world's oldest rainforests! Experience a true adventure hiking through the jungle, crossing one of the longest canopy walkways in the world, and sailing the river rapids of Taman Negara.

Taman Negara Rainforest Tour

We'll pick you up at your hotel in Kuala Lumpur and travel by bus to the center of the Malaysian peninsula, home to Taman Negara! After a 3.5-hour drive, we will arrive at Taman Negara National Park, a tropical rainforest over 130 million years old, covering an area of 1,677 mi² (4,343 km²) and known for ecotourism.

We will embark on a 3-hour hike up Teresek Hill (or Indah Hill if Teresek is closed) to a viewpoint offering views of the jungle and Gunung Tahan peak, which stands at 7,175 ft (2,187 meters) high.

After lunch at a floating restaurant, we will proceed to the Tembeling River for a rapid shooting activity in a traditional Malaysian boat. Expect to get wet!

Our next stop is the Orang Asli community, where you will learn about their way of life.

We will return to Kuala Lumpur and drop you off at your hotel approximately 15 hours after the initial pickup.

This tour includes pickup from selected hotels in Kuala Lumpur. Please note: Pickup is not available from Pudu, Chow Kit, KL Sentral, Brickfields, Hotel Four Points by Sheraton Kuala Lumpur Chinatown, Hotel Olympic Malaysia, Hotel Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur, and Hotel YWCA Kuala Lumpur.

Pickup is only included for bookings of two or more people. For one person, you must go to the meeting point listed in the document.

If you request pickup from a location outside the coverage area, a minimum surcharge of 50 MYR per car will apply, payable directly to the driver in cash.
