On this tour of Maui, we'll explore the island from east to west, visiting places like Haleakala National Park, Iao Valley, and the towns of Kula and Makawao.

Maui Island Tour

We will pick you up at your hotel to begin this tour around the island of Maui, the second largest island in the Hawaiian archipelago.

Our first stop will be at Haleakala National Park in the south, known for its dormant volcano, a sacred location for Polynesians. The park is home to approximately 1,000 different species of plants, including the silversword plant. We will take a scenic drive to the Haleakala Visitor Center.

After the visit to the center, we will head to the center of Maui, passing through agricultural towns such as Kula and Makawao. We will then stop at the Hali’imaile General Store for a local lunch, followed by a guided tour of the Hali’imaile distillery. Guests under 21 will wait outside during the tour.

Our next destination will be the Iao Valley, where we will see the Iao Needle, a historic site associated with Hawaiian royalty. The tour will conclude with a return to your hotel, arriving 9 hours and 15 minutes after pickup.
