Maui Island Tour
At 6 am, we'll pick you up at your hotel to begin this tour around the island of Maui, the second largest island of the Hawaiian archipelago.
Our first stop will be at Haleakala National Park, located in the south of the island, home to the famous dormant volcano, a sacred place for the peoples of Polynesia. The park hosts around 1,000 different species of plants, some endemic to the island. We will take a scenic drive through the park until we reach the Haleakala Visitor Center.
After visiting the center, we'll head to central Maui, passing through the agricultural towns of Kula and Wailuku, the latter located at the West Maui volcano's base. Our next destination will be the Iao Valley, known for its lush rainforest and historical significance. Here, we will see the Iao Needle peak; if access is closed, we will visit the Kula market instead.
We will conclude the tour by returning you to your hotel, arriving around 4 pm.
