Description

Pick up will be from your hotel in Diani or Mombasa at the scheduled time for a drive to the Shimba Hills Nature Reserve. Prepare your camera as you encounter various animals!

After approximately one hour, arrival at Shimba Hills will allow for a safari in this nature reserve. Expect to see elephants, giraffes, antelopes, and buffaloes in their natural habitat.

The morning will be spent walking through the Shimba Hills, stopping at points to observe the fauna and flora peacefully.

A full lunch consisting of rice, fish, seafood, and fruit will be enjoyed at a restaurant within the park. Following lunch, the exploration of Shimba Hills will continue with a visit to the Sheldrick Waterfall, one of the reserve's notable features.

You will have free time to enjoy and swim in the waterfall pools. Afterward, departure from Shimba Hills will lead back to the lodge in Diani or Mombasa, with the safari concluding around 5 PM.
