We will meet at the Marina Sant Jordi port along the Mediterranean Sea at the scheduled time. The calm waters of the Costa Dorada provide an ideal environment for this diving lesson.

The session begins with a theory lesson focused on safe diving practices. Participants will learn about the operation of the oxygen tank, proper movement techniques, and necessary risk prevention measures.

Following the theory, participants will engage in practical application. Under continuous supervision of the instructor, divers will equip themselves with scuba diving equipment and explore the waters around Cala Llobeta, noted for its serene beauty.

The maximum depth for this lesson is 16 feet (5 metres), allowing participants to experience the clarity and biodiversity of the seabed in this Catalan region.
