Magdalena Bay Whale Watching

Between 8 and 9 am, we'll pick you up at your hotel in La Paz. From there, we'll travel to Magdalena Bay, where you'll have the opportunity to view fascinating gray whales up close.

We'll head to the coast and board a boat to search for these immense marine mammals. While cruising, we'll also explore the dunes, mangroves, and endemic birds of the area.

Be vigilant! Whales may surface at any moment. Adult cetaceans can weigh up to 35 tonnes (over 77,100 lb). Despite their size, these whales move gracefully through the water and perform amazing acrobatics.

After observing these creatures, we'll disembark and return to La Paz for a typical lunch at a local restaurant. Then, we'll take you back to your hotel, arriving between 7 and 8 pm.
