At the appointed time, we will meet in the Pichilingue industrial area to begin our visit to a pearl farm in La Paz. With only two pearl farms in Mexico, this experience is unique.

At the pearl farm, you will witness the creation process of these marine treasures, which take about six years to develop. The cultivation process involves meticulous care within a specific environment.

Throughout the tour, we will share the historical importance of pearls in the region, from the first inhabitants of Baja California to the present day.

You will learn about the traditional and modern techniques of pearl farming and how this industry has influenced local culture and economy. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to interact with live marine organisms such as oysters, crabs, starfish, sea urchins, and fish.

The tour will conclude after an enriching 2-hour experience.
