Description

Day 1: La Paz - Uyuni

At 8 pm, we'll meet on Avenida Uruguay in La Paz and board the bus to Uyuni. Dinner will be provided during the all-night journey.

Day 2: Uyuni

Arriving in Uyuni around 7 am, we'll have breakfast at a cafeteria before taking a jeep to the Uyuni Salt Flat. We'll stop at the train cemetery, an esplanade with abandoned 19th-century locomotives, for photo opportunities. At the salt flat, we’ll visit Colchani, a salt iodization plant. After learning about the extraction process, we’ll continue to the Dakar monument and Playa Blanca salt hostel. We will conclude the day with a visit to Incahuasi Island, observing giant cacti and a sunset. The day ends at the hostel in Uyuni.

Day 3: Uyuni - Huayllajara

After breakfast, we’ll head to the Colorada Lagoon, passing the Cañapa, Hedionda, and Chiacorta lagoons, the Siloli Desert, and the Stone Tree. Lunch will be provided at a restaurant in Paso del Inca. We’ll arrive at Colorada Lagoon by 4 pm, with a chance to see flamingos. Overnight at a hostel in Huayllajara.

Day 4: Huayllajara - Salvador Dalí Desert - Uyuni

After breakfast, we'll visit Sol de Mañana, known for volcanic activity, then the Chalviri Hot Springs, and the Salvador Dalí Desert. Afterward, we'll view the Verde and Blanca Lagoons and Lincancabur volcano, before returning to Uyuni to board the bus back to La Paz.

Day 5: La Paz

After traveling all night, we’ll arrive in La Paz around 6:30 am.
