On our Valley of Souls & Palca Canyon Day Trip from La Paz, we'll explore two iconic natural monuments in Bolivia, featuring unique rock formations, towering cliffs, and colorful landscapes.

Valley of Souls & Palca Canyon Day Trip

After picking you up from your hotel in La Paz at 8:30 am, we'll head south towards Bolivia's natural treasures. Our first stop will be the Valley of Souls, where we'll hike through its peculiar rock formations and learn about the origin of its name. We'll continue to the summit for a view of the colorful, hilly landscape.

Following this, we'll visit Palca Canyon, with gorges reaching up to 656 feet (200 meters) in height and extending 5 miles (8 kilometers) along the valley. These formations are the result of thawing snow and lashing winds.

You will have 1 hour of free time to explore before we return to La Paz. The day trip concludes at 3:30 pm at San Francisco Square.

This tour includes pick up from hotels in the historic centre of La Paz. If your hotel is outside this area, we will meet you at San Francisco Square at 8:30 am.
