On our Valley of Souls & Palca Canyon Day Trip from La Paz, we will explore two iconic natural monuments in Bolivia, featuring unique rock formations and colorful landscapes.

Valley of Souls & Palca Canyon Day Trip

The trip begins with a pickup from your hotel in La Paz at 8:30 am, followed by a journey south towards Bolivia's natural treasures. Our first destination is the Valley of Souls, where we will hike through its distinctive rock formations and learn about the origin of its name. We will reach the summit for a view of the colorful, hilly landscape.

After taking photos, we will proceed to Palca Canyon. This area features gorges up to 656 feet (200 meters) tall, stretching along a 5-mile (8-kilometer) valley. The gorges were formed by thawing snow and winds. You will have 1 hour of free time to explore before we return to La Paz, concluding the day trip at 3:30 pm in San Francisco Square.

Pick up

This tour includes pickup from hotels in the historic center of La Paz. For hotels located outside this area, we will meet at San Francisco Square at 8:30 am.
