Campo Elíseo Winery
Campo Elíseo is the only winery in the Rueda D.O. that ferments white wines in underground galleries from the 17th century. They harvest white grapes by hand during the day. Located in La Seca, Bodegas Campo Elíseo combines a journey into the past with insights into contemporary wine history, highlighting the land's role in winemaking tradition.
The winery has restored 17th-century underground galleries for wine production 10 meters underground, offering optimal climatic conditions for high-quality organic wines. Visitors will learn about the site’s products, cellars, and vineyards, with a production of only 170,000 bottles per year.
