Campo Elíseo Winery

Campo Elíseo is the only winery in the Rueda D.O. that ferments its white wines in underground galleries from the 17th century. They harvest the white grapes by hand during the day. This historic winery is located in the province of Valladolid.

Located in La Seca, Bodegas Campo Elíseo combines a journey into the past with a refreshing look into the future of wine history. The land plays a fundamental role in the winery's winemaking tradition.

Campo Elíseo has restored the underground galleries of the 17th century to produce wines 10 meters (39 feet) underground, offering optimal climatic conditions for high-quality organic wines.

During visits to these wineries in La Seca, participants will learn about on-site products, underground cellars, and vineyards. The winery produces only 170,000 bottles per year.

Options

When making your reservation, you can choose between the following options:

Winery tour + 3 wine tastings (1.5 hours)

This option includes a visit to the 17th-century house and underground cellars. Participants will then taste three wines from the Lurton Brothers range.

Winery and vineyard tour + 3 wine tastings and cheeses (2 hours)

Winery and vineyard tour + 5 wine tastings and Iberian ham (2.5 hours)

This option includes a tour of the vineyards, historic house, and cellars. It concludes with a tasting of five wines from the Campo Elíseo range paired with Iberian ham.
