Day Trip to Pisa & Bay of Poets for Cruise Ships

Arriving at Spezia by cruise ship? Join us on this day trip to Pisa and the Bay of Poets to discover two must-see spots in Tuscany and Liguria. You can't miss it!

Day Trip Details

We'll meet at the designated time at Spezia's cruise terminal and, once everyone is here, we'll set off on a 1-hour bus journey that will take us to Pisa.

Once we arrive, we'll drop you off at Piazza dei Miracoli, where you can explore at your own pace. From here, you can admire the famous Leaning Tower of Pisa and other monuments in this square.

During 2 hours of free time, explore the historic centre and take photos. We recommend visiting Piazza dei Cavalieri and walking down Via Santa Maria to sample local products.

After the free time in Pisa, we'll continue our journey along the Ligurian coast towards the Bay of Poets. We'll visit either Lerici or Sarzana, depending on weather conditions.

Lerici is known for its colorful houses along the port. Sarzana features the majestic Fortezza Firmafede, the Cathedral of Santa Maria, and Napoleon's house.

Once we complete this visit, we'll return to our starting point where this 6-hour day trip will come to an end.
