Why visit the Romanesque churches of the Vall de Boí?

Booking the ticket to the churches of the Vall de Boí allows discovery of these architectural jewels declared World Heritage Sites by Unesco. The complex comprises eight churches and a hermitage. The entrance ticket permits access to five Romanesque churches open to the public: Sant Climent de Taüll, Sant Joan de Boí, Santa Eulàlia d'Erill la Vall, Sant Feliu de Barruera, and Nativitat de Durro. It also includes a screening of a video mapping that recreates the 12th-century paintings inside Sant Climent de Taüll.

These constructions followed designs from northern Italy, built during the 11th and 12th centuries, influenced by the Lombard Romanesque.

The Romanesque churches of the Vall de Boí are open every day at the following times:

Sant Climent de Taüll: 10 am to 2 pm, 4 to 7 pm. Video mapping at 10:15 am, 11 am (guides only during Easter, July, and August), 11:45 am, 12:30 pm, 1:30 pm, 4:15 pm, 5 pm, 5:45 pm, and 6:30 pm. Extended hours to 7 and 7:30 pm in summer and Easter Week. Closed on January 1 and December 25.Sant Joan de Boí: 10 am to 2 pm, 4 to 7 pm. Closed on January 1 and December 25.Santa Eulàlia d'Erill la Vall: 10 am to 2 pm, 4 to 7 pm. Closed on January 1 and December 25.Sant Feliu de Barruera: 10 am to 2 pm. During Easter Week, July, and August, hours extend to 8 pm.

Reduced Ticket Price

Discounted admission is available for individuals over 65, large or single-parent families, university students, holders of the Youth Card, CPNL card, Tarjeta Rosa, Club Amics de Lleida members, and Boí-Taüll season pass holders.

Free Tickets

Free entry is granted to children under 10 accompanied by an adult, members of ICOM or ICOMOS, professional tour guides, holders of a Disability Certificate (including an accompanying person), unemployed persons, and recognized press professionals who have notified their visit in writing.
