Activity Details

We’ll meet on the banks of the Juramento River for a rafting experience designed to get your adrenaline pumping. The activity starts with a short safety briefing at a riverside camp, after which participants will wear helmets and life jackets before heading out onto the water in rafts. This rafting activity lasts approximately 2 hours, during which you will navigate 10 Class III rapids and 5 Class II rapids. The descent covers 12 kilometers (7.5 miles) through the Juramento River canyon, ending at Los Lapachos. Following the rafting, you’ll return to the camp to relax after the adventure, with the entire experience concluding after 3.5 hours at the meeting point.

Tour without transfer: Participate in the rafting activity as described.Tour without transfer and with meal: Includes the rafting activity and a buffet-style barbecue with various meats and salads.Tour with transfer and meal: Includes transfer from Salta to the Juramento River base and a buffet-style barbecue after the rafting activity.

Important Info

For options not including transfers, the meeting point is approximately 2 hours by car from downtown Salta. It is recommended to have your own vehicle to participate in the activity.
