Los Angeles Free Tour
Welcome to the City of Angels! We will meet at the corner of W General Thaddeus Kosciuszko Way and South Grand Ave to start our free tour of Los Angeles. The guide will share insights about the history of California and L.A., including the origin of the state's name from a 16th-century Spanish legend.
Our first stop is the Walt Disney Concert Hall. We will then walk through the Museum of Contemporary Arts gardens and California Plaza, showcasing the city's dedication to green spaces.
Next, we will proceed to Pershing Square, surrounded by skyscrapers, and pass the Angels Flight Railway near the Grand Central Market, a vibrant food hub.
Following this, we will visit the Los Angeles City Hall and Our Lady Queen of Angels Church, one of the city's oldest churches.
Finally, we will conclude our tour at Placita Olvera, where we will see statues of Philip of Neve and Charles III, notable figures in the city's founding. The tour lasts approximately 2 hours.
