Visit the Griffith Observatory, a key attraction in the hills of Los Angeles, and enjoy its stunning views.
Description
We will meet at the designated time at the Astronomers Monument in front of the Griffith Observatory to start our guided tour, where you can also spot murals inspired by Greek mythology.
The tour covers over 6,000 square meters (64,583 square feet) of exhibits, focusing on the history of Griffith Park along with topics such as science, modern architecture, and film curiosities.
We will visit the East Hall, home to the Tesla Coil, and then proceed to the observatory roof for panoramic views of the LA Basin and the Hollywood sign.
In the West Hall, an interactive periodic table of elements awaits. Additionally, in the Space Area, we will explore advanced astronomical instruments. At the end of the tour, you will have the option to purchase a ticket for a show at the Samuel Oschin Planetarium.
After approximately 1.5 hours of exploring the observatory and its exhibits, the tour will conclude.
