Kefalonia Day Trip

At the indicated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Zakynthos and drive to the north of the island. We'll stop at the port of Skinari for a ferry to Argostoli, the capital of Kefalonia.

After a boat trip lasting between 1 hour 30 minutes and 2 hours, we'll arrive at Argostoli. Here, we'll tour Kefalonia, starting at the Monastery of Agios Gerasimos.

We'll admire the temple's exterior and view Mount Ainos, an extension of a mountain range crossing Albania and Serbia.

During our trip, we'll visit the Drogarati Caves and learn about their stalactites and stalagmites. After exploring the caves, we'll head to Melissani Lake for a boat ride across its lagoon, showcasing its turquoise waters.

After the boat cruise, we'll go to the village of Aghia Efimia for free time to have lunch at a local restaurant. We'll then regroup and stop for photos at Myrtos Beach.

Finally, we'll visit Argostoli before taking the ferry back to Skinari. We will return you to your hotel area, scheduled for 11.5 hours after pickup.

Pickup

This tour includes hotel pickup and drop-off in all areas of Zakynthos, excluding accommodations in Keri and Vasilikos. You will be contacted by the local tour provider within 24 hours after booking with the exact pickup point and time.
