Meet at the designated time on Benagil Beach in Lagoa where our English-speaking instructor will provide essential instructions on how to paddleboard. After gearing up, you'll be ready to discover the appeal of this water sport.

Paddle along the Algarve coastline, observing the natural rock formations. Enter the Benagil sea caves, many accessible only by water. Test your balance on the boards while taking in the scenery.

As you paddle, enjoy panoramic views of the cliffs from the sea, which can only be appreciated from this perspective. The stand-up paddle experience will be recorded on a GoPro camera for you to keep as a memory.

After 2 hours of paddleboarding, the activity concludes with our return to Benagil Beach.
