Paddle Boarding in the Benagil Caves

Participants will meet at the designated time on Benagil Beach in Lagoa. An English-speaking instructor will provide basic guidelines on how to paddleboard. After receiving the necessary equipment, participants will paddle along the Algarve coastline to view the remarkable natural rock formations.

The experience includes entering the Benagil sea caves, many of which are accessible exclusively by water. Participants will be challenged to maintain balance on the boards while admiring the scenic views.

As they paddle, individuals will enjoy panoramic views of the cliffs, which are only visible from the sea. The stand up paddle experience will be captured on a GoPro camera for memorable keepsakes.

The paddleboarding session lasts for 2 hours before returning to Benagil Beach, concluding the activity.
