Meet at the scheduled time on Benagil Beach in Lagoa. Our English-speaking instructor will provide guidelines on how to paddleboard. After preparing our kit, we'll start paddling and discover the appeal of this growing water sport.

Paddle along the Algarve coastline, viewing the natural rock formations. Enter the Benagil sea caves, accessible only by water, for a unique experience. Balance on the boards while enjoying the scenery.

Continue along the coast with panoramic views of the cliffs from the sea. Similar to the sea caves, these vistas are exclusively available from the water. This stand up paddle experience will be captured on a GoPro camera for lasting memories.

After 2 hours of paddleboarding, we will return to Benagil Beach to conclude our experience.
