Paddle Boarding in the Benagil Caves

After meeting at the scheduled time on Benagil Beach in Lagoa, an English-speaking instructor will provide basic guidelines on how to paddleboard. Participants will receive the necessary equipment and begin their paddleboarding experience.

Participants will paddle along the Algarve coastline, observing natural rock formations and entering the Benagil sea caves, accessible only from the water. Balancing on the boards while admiring the scenery is part of the challenge.

The activity offers panoramic views of the cliffs that can only be appreciated from the water. Additionally, the stand up paddle experience will be recorded using a GoPro camera for lasting memories.

The paddleboarding experience lasts for 2 hours before returning to Benagil Beach, concluding the activity.
