Paddle Boarding in the Benagil Caves

After meeting at the selected time on Benagil Beach in Lagoa, an English-speaking instructor will provide basic guidelines on how to paddleboard. Participants will then prepare with their equipment to begin paddling.

The session includes paddling along the Algarve coastline, observing the natural rock formations. A memorable highlight will be entering the Benagil sea caves, which are primarily accessible from the water. Participants will practice balancing on the boards while enjoying the views.

As we continue along the coast, we will enjoy panoramic views of the cliffs visible only from the sea. Additionally, the stand up paddle experience will be recorded using a GoPro camera.

The paddleboarding activity lasts for 2 hours before returning to Benagil Beach, where the experience concludes.
