Meet at the designated time on Benagil Beach in Lagoa. An English-speaking instructor will provide basic instructions on how to paddleboard. Afterward, participants will equip themselves and prepare to paddle, experiencing the growing popularity of this water sport.

Paddle along the Algarve coastline, observing the natural rock formations. A highlight will be entering the Benagil sea caves, accessible primarily from the water. Participants will need to maintain their balance while enjoying the scenery.

As you paddle, take in the panoramic views of the cliffs, unique to the sea perspective. Additionally, the stand up paddle experience will be recorded on a GoPro camera for lasting memories.

After 2 hours of paddleboarding, conclude the experience with a return to Benagil Beach.
