Upon booking, you will have the option to select from the following tour formats. Both options include hotel pickup in Lagos at 8:30 am.

Half-Day Experience (4 hours)

Venture off the conventional trails to unveil the hidden wonders of the Algarve, including its diverse fauna, lush vegetation, and charming inland villages. Our 4x4 expedition begins near the Bravura Lake, where you’ll embark on a 15-minute walk along the lakeside, eventually arriving at a nearby swimming area inviting you for a refreshing dip.

Post-swimming, we'll proceed towards the Serra de Monchique. On our journey, we will pause at an abandoned village, a captivating relic of the past. Once we reach the mountainous core, prepare to be amazed by a stunning 60-meter waterfall, a true gem of nature!

Following this, our 4x4 will ascend to the peak of the Monchique mountains, allowing us to soak in the breathtaking vistas of the surrounding countryside.

Full-Day Experience (8 hours)

On the full-day experience, in addition to the previously mentioned itinerary, we will pause in Monchique for lunch at a local eatery, where you will have the chance to savor a delightful traditional meal prepared with regional ingredients.

After enjoying lunch, we’ll roam around the quaint village and uncover its most charming streets. To conclude our adventure, we will visit the ruins of the Monchique convent and explore the myths and stories that linger beyond its walls. From this vantage point, you will be treated to stunning panoramic views of Monchique, providing an ideal opportunity for memorable photos!
