Discover one of the most spectacular landscapes of all the Algarve when you take our fantastic boat trip to the Ponta da Piedade caves.

Boat Trip Details

We'll meet on the Passeio dos Descobrimentos at the Lagos Maria. A boat will be waiting to take us on a cruise to the caves of Ponta da Piedade.

After boarding, we will set sail from the marina and head south along the coast of Lagos, navigating through passages such as the Siamese, the Arc de Triomphe, and the Corridor. We will explore the rock formations and caves of Ponta da Piedade, entering famous caves like the Cathedral, the Kitchen, the Living Room, and the Skull.

After exploring, we will return to the marina while admiring some of the beaches of southern Portugal, including Praia da Batata, Praia dos Estudantes, Praia do Pinhão, Praia da Dona Ana, and Praia do Camilo. Our journey lasts approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.

What Happens If There Is Bad Weather?

In case of adverse weather conditions, the boat trip to the caves of Ponta da Piedade may be canceled. If this occurs, an alternative will be offered.
