Discover one of the most spectacular landscapes of all the Algarve when you take our fantastic boat trip to the Ponta da Piedade caves.

Boat Trip Details

We'll meet on the Passeio dos Descobrimentos at the Lagos Maria. A boat will be waiting there to take us on a cruise to the magical caves of Ponta da Piedade.

After boarding the vessel, we will set sail from the marina and head south along the coast of Lagos, passing through narrow passages such as the Siamese, the Arc de Triomphe, and the Corridor. We will navigate among the rock formations and caves of Ponta da Piedade, including the Cathedral, the Kitchen, the Living Room, and the Skull.

After exploring the caves, we will start our journey back to the marina while admiring the beaches of southern Portugal such as Praia da Batata, Praia dos Estudantes, Praia do Pinhão, Praia da Dona Ana, and Praia do Camilo. After approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes of exploring, our experience in the Algarve will conclude.

What Happens If There Is Bad Weather?

In case of adverse weather conditions, the boat trip to the caves of Ponta da Piedade may be canceled. If this occurs, you will be offered an alternative.
