Moreover, you also have access to the Urban, a convenient electric train that operates on a circular route around the city.

Operation of the Card

Following your reservation, you can collect your card at the Tourist Office in Ljubljana, situated at Adami?-Lundrovo nabrežje, number 2. The operating hours are as follows:

From October 1 to May 31:

Monday to Saturday: from 8 am to 6 pmSundays and National Holidays: from 8 am to 5 pm

From June 1 to September 30:

Monday to Sunday: from 9 am to 5 pm

Special holiday hours for Christmas:

December 24 to 31: from 8 am to 4 pmJanuary 1: from 10 am to 5 pm

Your access will commence upon the first use of the card, allowing you to benefit from its features for 24, 48, or 72 hours afterward.

Children under 6

Children under the age of 6 do not require a ticket, as they can freely access the city's public transport and attractions without any charges.
