At the designated time, we will pick you up from your hotel in La Rioja and proceed to the Triassic Canyon. Bring your camera to capture the beauty of this natural wonder.

Traveling in a 4x4 vehicle, we will explore the northwest of Argentina through dry riverbeds and narrow gorges. We will enter the Reserva Municipal Colorados de Banda Florida, a protected area where the Triásico Canyon is situated.

During the off-road journey, we will discover interesting facts about this gorge that is over 250 million years old. The views of the vast reddish rock walls will be impressive.

We will also learn about the plant life and wildlife in this region of La Rioja, and discuss how the Triásico Canyon transforms during drought conditions.

The excursion will conclude as we return to your hotel in La Rioja, finishing approximately 3 hours after departure.
