Samaná Buggy Tour

On this buggy tour of Samaná, you'll explore the northern area of the Dominican Republic, visiting coffee, cacao, and tobacco plantations.

Buggy Tour

We will meet at Puerto Plaza Hotel & Shops in Las Terrenas to begin the buggy tour of the Samaná Peninsula.

During the tour, we will ride on dirt trails through traditional villages, experiencing the Samaná Peninsula and its coffee, cacao, and tobacco plantations.

We will pause at a traditional house to enjoy a traditional Dominican lunch. After lunch, we will continue our journey through the Samaná landscapes.

We will stop at plantations to learn about organic coffee and cacao production and the artisanal process of creating famous Dominican cigars.

The tour concludes with our return to the meeting point after 8 hours.

Important Info

Each buggy accommodates 4 people: a driver and 3 passengers, who may take turns driving if eligible. Prices are per person, not per vehicle.

To drive the buggy, participants must be over 18 and possess a driver's license.
