Salt flats, mountains, and arid dunes: discover one of the most impressive desert landscapes in the United States on this tour to Death Valley National Park from Las Vegas.

Death Valley Tour

Despite its name, Death Valley is a notable location in the Mojave Desert, recognized for its extreme summer heat and as the lowest point in North America.

Your hotel pickup in Las Vegas will occur between 5:45 and 6:30 am, followed by a 1.5-hour drive to Death Valley National Park, at the Nevada-California border.

The tour includes several stops at key attractions, beginning with Rest Stop Area 51, a themed souvenir shop. Next, we will visit Death Valley Nut & Candy Co, Rhyolite Ghost Town, and then we will cross Hell's Gate, marking the entrance to the park.

By around 10:30 am, we will reach the Mesquite Sand Dunes, where you will enjoy a mid-morning American-style breakfast. The tour continues with visits to Badwater Basin, a significant salt flat at 86m (282 feet) below sea level, and Zabriskie Point, offering panoramic views of the terrain.

As we explore the valley, you will witness diverse geological features, including mountains, valleys, sand dunes, canyons, and multi-colored hills formed from minerals.

The tour will conclude with a stop in the town of Pahrump before returning to Las Vegas, where you will be dropped off at your hotel around 4:15 pm.
