Legal Requirements for a Formal Wedding

A marriage license for a legal wedding entails an extra fee of 102USD.Both parties must be at least 18 years old or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.If you do not have a witness for the marriage license, one can be provided by the chapel at no extra charge.A prior online registration form must be completed; you can find it here.If you require validation of the document in another nation, an apostille is necessary, with costs varying according to delivery times: Option 1 (6 to 8 weeks via FedEx): 210USD; Option 2 (10 to 14 business days via FedEx): 350USD.
