At the scheduled time, we will depart from Route de Berne 144 in Lausanne and head to the famous Swiss chocolate factory: Maison Cailler.

At Maison Cailler in Broc, participants will learn how chocolate is made and taste different chocolate products made on-site.

After the factory tour, we will proceed to the Maison du Gruyères: a factory-museum revealing the secrets of Gruyères cheese. This cheese is produced with fresh local milk and is registered as a Protected Designation of Origin.

We will continue through the Swiss countryside, admiring lush green fields and alpine cows. A stop will be made in the medieval village of Gruyères, where participants will have about two hours for lunch and exploration in this picturesque town in the canton of Fribourg.

In the afternoon, we will drive through the mountain area of Le Moléson before heading back to Lausanne, with an expected arrival at the original departure point between 5:15 pm and 5:45 pm.

Guide

This tour is conducted in English. A driver will accompany groups of fewer than 10 people, providing explanations about the visited sites. Groups of more than 10 people will have a guide along with the driver.
