Meet us in front of the Lausanne Aquatis Vennes Aquarium, and we will head towards the Canton of Bern region.

After a brief 2-hour journey, we will arrive at the Harderbahn station, located along the banks of the Aar River. Here you will receive tickets to ride the funicular railway to the Harder Kulm lookout point station. The ride will take just 10 minutes, reaching an altitude of 1,322 meters (4,337 feet) above sea level.

From this vantage point, you can enjoy panoramic views of the Bernese Alps, Interlaken, and the two lakes: Brienzersee and Thunersee.

After taking in the views, you will return down via the funicular. Once at the bottom, we will meet you at the entrance to the railway and proceed to the historic downtown area of Interlaken. You will have the rest of the day free to explore the city and try traditional flavors.

We recommend the commercial streets, which offer a variety of Helvetic products such as pocket knives and cuckoo clocks. Don't miss local chocolate shops or restaurants for traditional fondue.

Finally, we will pick you up from downtown Interlaken for the return trip to Lausanne, arriving about 12 hours later.
