Interlaken & Schilthorn Day Trip from Lausanne

On the morning of your adventure, you'll depart from Lausanne towards Schilthorn, a peak in the Bernese Pre-Alps at 9,744 feet (2,970 metres) above sea level. You will relax while admiring the famous Jungfrau, Mönch, and Eiger peaks, all recognized as World Heritage Sites.

You'll take the cable car to the summit, the filming location of the 1969 James Bond film "On Her Majesty's Secret Service". Interactive exhibitions at Schilthorn enhance your experience with views of the snow-capped mountains.

If you seek adventure, you can walk over the jagged peaks on an adrenaline-inducing walkway.

You'll enjoy a panoramic vista from the well-known Piz Gloria revolving restaurant at the summit of Schilthorn.

After descending, you will head to Interlaken, situated between Lakes Thun and Brienz. Here, you will have free time to explore its traditional houses, historic center, and local shops. You may also choose to experience Swiss cuisine at a local restaurant (not included).

Your tour concludes back in Lausanne after a total of 12 hours.
