Jungfrau Trip
We'll meet at the designated time and travel through valleys and mountains to reach Interlaken, the tourist capital of the Bernese Alps, where we'll stop briefly to enjoy views of lakes Thun and Brienz.
We'll continue to Lauterbrunnen, a village in a prominent U-valley of the Alps. Here, we'll board the rack train and traverse the alpine landscape to arrive at the highest train station in Europe - 3454 meters.
Upon reaching Jungfrau, we will enjoy the views and take a walk along the mountain. We will visit the Sphinx Observatory for panoramic views of Eiger and Mönch.
Next, we will enter the glacier to explore the ice tunnel and learn about the history of this UNESCO World Heritage site.
After our visit, we will return to Interlaken, where you'll have free time to explore the narrow streets filled with typical shops.
The tour concludes with a bus ride back to Lausanne, after a total duration of 12 hours.
