Walk along the highest glacier in Europe on this trip to Jungfrau. You'll travel the Alps by rack train, go through an ice tunnel, and explore a village between two lakes.
Jungfrau Trip
After meeting at the designated time, we will travel through valleys and mountains to reach Interlaken, the tourist capital of the Bernese Alps. A brief stop will allow us to admire views of lakes Thun and Brienz.
Next, we will head to Lauterbrunnen and board the rack train to cross the alpine landscape, arriving at the highest train station in Europe at 3454 meters.
At Jungfrau, we will enjoy impressive views and take a walk along the mountain. We will visit the Sphinx Observatory for panoramic views of Eiger and Mönch.
We will explore the glacier by walking through the ice tunnel and learn about the history of this UNESCO World Heritage site.
After our visit, we will return to Interlaken, where you will have free time to explore the village's narrow streets and typical shops.
The tour concludes with a bus ride back to Lausanne, wrapping up after a total of 12 hours.
