Jungfrau Trip
The trip begins with a meeting at the designated time, followed by travel through valleys and mountains to reach Interlaken, the tourist capital of the Bernese Alps. A brief stop will be made to view lakes Thun and Brienz.
Next, the tour proceeds to Lauterbrunnen, situated in a notable U-valley of the Alps. From there, participants will board the rack train to ascend to the highest train station in Europe at 3454 meters.
At Jungfrau, guests will enjoy panoramic views and have the opportunity to walk along the mountain. A visit to the Sphinx Observatory will be included, providing relaxation and spectacular sights of Eiger and Mönch.
The tour continues with a passage through the ice tunnel, where information on the site's status as a UNESCO World Heritage location will be provided.
After exploring Jungfrau, the group will return to Interlaken for free time to explore the village filled with local shops.
The tour concludes with a bus ride back to Lausanne, totaling approximately 12 hours.
