Les Diablerets + Montreux Day Trip

The Alps and Lake Geneva are iconic sites in Switzerland. This day trip to Les Diablerets and Montreux from Lausanne includes the Glacier 3000 Cable Car.

Description

We will meet outside the Lausanne Aquatis Vennes aquarium at the designated time and head to Les Diablerets.

After an hour of travel, we will arrive at this alpine town in Vaud. You will have 4 hours of free time to explore and admire the snowy peaks, with the option to enjoy Swiss cuisine.

In the afternoon, we will proceed to the shores of Lake Geneva, stopping in Montreux for an hour to explore its streets. A photo by the statue of Freddie Mercury is recommended, as this area is one of the most photographed spots in the town.

Finally, we will return to Lausanne, expecting to arrive at the meeting point 8 hours 45 minutes after pickup.

Glacier 3000 Cable Car

Choosing this option includes access to the Glacier 3000 cable car, allowing you to reach 3,000 metres (9,840 feet) in Les Diablerets.

Your ticket also provides access to The Peak Walk by Tissot, a 108 metre (354 feet) long and 80 cm (32 inches) wide bridge suspended at 3,000 metres. From this bridge, you can view the Tsanfleuron glacier peaks: View Point and Scex Rouge.

The ticket includes admission to Fun Park at Glacier 3000, open during Spring and Summer. The Alpine Coaster is also available, but is not included in the ticket and must be paid for at its ticket office on the day.
