Maya Full Moon Ceremony

At 8 pm we'll meet at the indicated starting point in Holbox and head to the beach for the Maya Full Moon Ceremony. The ritual will be conducted by a shaman who will explain the steps involved.

The Maya people referred to the moon as Ixchel, and our guide will share its significance as the goddess of love, gestation, medicine, and textile work. Participants will be invited to connect with the surroundings, including the moon, sea, and nature.

Following the ritual, we will conclude the evening with a kayak trip on the calm waters of Holbox, taking in the beauty of the Mexican Caribbean under the starry sky.

At 10 pm we'll return to the meeting point.
