On this visit to a biodynamic farm in Lazise, we'll learn about this recently popular type of agriculture and taste delicious wines made without chemicals!

Biodynamic Farm Tour + Wine Tasting

Gianni and Lucia, the owners of La Pesenata farm, will welcome you at the entrance of their farm. The tour will cover the essential elements of a biodynamic farm and how this farming couple maintains their farm located south of Lake Garda.

During the visit, we will explore the main principles of biodynamic farming, characterized by the absence of pesticides and chemical elements, which are replaced by naturally occurring treatments and influenced by astrology on farming and livestock practices.

The tour will include visits to the vineyards and apiary, as well as sighting the chickens, donkeys, and ponies that live on the farm. After the tour, participants will enjoy a tasting of 4 biodynamic wines, such as Chiaretto or Bardolino, paired with cured meats and cheeses from Verona. These wines are made without any chemical products and with a minimum of sulfites.

The experience concludes after 2 hours with farewells.
