At the scheduled time, make your way to La Parenthèse, located at 43 Avenue René Coty in Le Havre. Prepare for a culinary experience.

We’ll begin with a brief introduction to the cheeses and drinks, exploring the science of food pairing. You will learn how cheese and drink combinations create a symphony of flavors.

The workshop will include sensory and tasting games to engage your senses and prepare your palate for the main tasting event.

During the tasting portion, you’ll sample 4 French cheeses, each paired with a local beer or specialty drink from Normandy. Discover how the right pairing elevates both the cheese and the drink. After 2 hours, we’ll conclude the workshop, enhancing your appreciation for French cheeses and drinks. À bientôt!

Which Cheeses & Drinks Will We Try?

The cheeses and drinks will vary by day, but you can expect selections such as DPO Roquefort, DPO Beaufort, PDO Neufchâtel, and/or PDO Camembert de Normandie.

The available drinks will include French beers, IPAs, and/or ciders. Children between 5 and 18 will receive soft drinks as pairings. Children under 5 can attend but will not receive drinks or pairings.
