Ionian Coast Trip from Lecce

We will pick you up at your hotel in Lecce, then head to Nardò, the second-largest city in the Salento region. Here, we will explore the historic center, featuring the Cathedral and the Church of Saint Dominic. A visit to the Castle of Acquaviva will offer insights into the Middle Ages.

Next, we will stop at the Torre Uluzzo watchtower, dating back to 1575, to enjoy panoramic views of the coastline before continuing our journey.

We will then visit the coastal town of Santa Caterina, the fishing village of Santa Maria al Bagno, and the Four Columns medieval fort. You will experience the local atmosphere while strolling through the historic streets of these communities.

The final stop is the coastal town of Gallipoli, where the 14th-century city walls reveal a rich Ancient Greek and Roman heritage. You can relax on the beaches, visit the cathedral, and explore the castle to learn about the town's history and name.

The excursion concludes in Lecce, where we will return you to your accommodation.
